From Registration to Trading
Create Your Account
Account creation begins with an email address and a secure password. This establishes the account record in the system. No trading or wallet functionality is available at this stage — account creation is simply the first step in the onboarding sequence.
You will receive a verification email to confirm the address is valid and accessible. This is a basic security measure that also creates the initial audit trail for the account.
Identity Verification
KYC verification is required before any account features become available. This process collects and verifies government-issued identification documents, confirms your legal name and date of birth, and screens your identity against applicable sanctions and watchlists.
This is a federal requirement for Money Services Businesses under the Bank Secrecy Act. DIRE MONEY TRANSMITTER LLC cannot legally offer money transmission services to unverified individuals. Verification is not optional and cannot be bypassed.
Fund Your Account
Once verification is complete, you can fund your account through supported methods. Funding sources are subject to the same AML review as all other transactions. Large or unusual deposits may trigger additional review before funds become available for trading.
Quantoryx maintains records of all funding transactions in accordance with BSA recordkeeping requirements.
Access the Trading Interface
The trading interface presents current market data for supported digital assets. Order types, price information, and account balance are displayed in a clean layout designed to present relevant information without unnecessary complexity.
Supported assets are those with sufficient market depth and regulatory clarity for US operations. The asset list reflects a deliberate selection process, not an attempt to offer the broadest possible catalog.
Use the Integrated Wallet
The software wallet is integrated directly with your trading account. Digital assets purchased on the exchange are accessible through the wallet interface. You can view balances, review transaction history, and initiate transfers — all within the same platform environment.
Wallet functionality is subject to the same compliance framework as trading. Outbound transfers are reviewed against AML criteria before processing.

What is the software wallet?
The integrated software wallet is a digital asset management tool built into the Quantoryx platform. It allows you to view balances, review transaction history, and initiate transfers without using a separate application. It operates within the same AML framework as the trading interface.
How are my records handled?
Transaction records are maintained in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements. DIRE MONEY TRANSMITTER LLC retains records for the periods required by applicable federal regulation. Customers may request information about their own account records through the contact process.
